What's Western Wearing?: Grace Taylor

Grace Taylor, junior, politics/philosophy/economics major

Q: What or who is your style inspiration?

A: I get a lot of style inspiration from my mom growing up because she had really cute style and really liked shoes. I really like shoes. And I also focus on staying comfortable rather than cute and more focusing on that, like a cute funky style I try to embrace.

Q: Where do you like to shop?

A:  I shop at thrift shops basically. Goodwill, Value Village and Buffalo Exchange sometimes, if they have things.

Q: What has changed about your style over time?

A: I think I’ve developed a more of a comfortable, funky sense. I’m not dressing for other people, I’m dressing for myself so it’s I dress in what I think is cute and what I feel comfortable in.

Q: What is your favorite article of clothing in your wardrobe?

A: I got a big, chunky mustard colored sweater for Christmas that’s a really nice sweater that I’ve been wearing pretty much since I got it.
