Why is the Associated Students Bookstore so expensive?

As the winter quarter is rapidly approaching at Western Washington University, thousands of students are heading to the Associated Students Bookstore to purchase their textbooks for the quarter. With issues like rising prices and insufficient supplies, is the AS Bookstore still the best place for students to buy their books?

October was Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to shed light on resources and support for survivors. Western Washington University made efforts toward advocacy by pushing for awareness around domestic violence and ensuring  students can get the help they need on campus.

Get to know the Black Student Union

Every Thursday afternoon, members of the Black Student Union gather for their club meeting. Up the stairs of the Viking Union, about 50 members meet in the Ethnic Student Center to discuss a variety of subjects surrounding the Black experience.

Autumn leaves lined the brick pathway outside of the Communications Facility on Sept. 27, 2023 as Western Washington University students approached the glass doors, ready for their first week of classes to begin.
