Bob Vander Yacht said. “If someone in the community can help identify this person, it is important for us to find this person and hold them accountable.”In the first report, a man approached a vehicle and exposed himself to a college-aged woman from the passenger side window at 8:17 p.m. near the 700 block of High Street. The second disturbance took place at 10:16 p.m. near the 1000 block of Billy Frank Jr. Street after a woman witnessed a man masturbating while looking directly at her, according to a community advisory given Jan. 8. The case was the eighth indecent exposure report to occur near Western’s campus since October 2015. We want to be as supportive as we can for the campus community,” Vander Yacht said.
